The Traverse Pulsar PCI ADSL Annex A Modem Card provides a fast, reliable and seamless broadband Internet connection at speeds up to 8 Mbps (megabits/second) downstream and 1Mbps upstream. The high bandwidth of ADSL is ideal for Internet sharing, where multiple users can all share the same Internet connection. The Pulsar is fully supported under Linux and Windows.

The Pulsar is the world’s smallest ADSL PCI modem with a card height of just 44mm high (1/3rd standard height), making it ideal for Set Top Boxes, Internet Appliances and Embedded Applications. The built-in firewall features of Linux are well-suited to Internet Firewall and Gateway applications. Linux is fully supported with drivers for both the 2.2 and 2.4 kernels.
